I contribute to the highly opinionated but industry-wide known weblog, Bloodhound Blog. I make no bones about the fact that I am proud to be a contributor.
Top Dawg, Greg Swann, is one of the most gifted writers on the internet. He has assembled a cast of characters whose ability to write is exceeded only by their authority about "this thing of ours"; real estate.
I sometimes say that posting on Bloodhound is like playing centerfield for the Yankees. You play under a microscope at Bloodhound. You're critiqued, analyzed, and quoted. Responding to some of the comments can be a challenge because very intelligent people question your hypotheses. All in all, there is no better stadium to test your mettle. I just try to hang with the Big Dawgs over there as best I can.
Dustin Luther runs a weblog called Rain City Guide. It's Coffee Bean Town's version of Bloodhound Blog. It's good. It's a collaborative effort. It has authority. Dustin is the Director of Interactive Marketing for Move.com, the host of Realtor.com. He gave a seminar for real estate webloggers today and cited Bloodhound Blog as having "Expert Knowledge".
I know that I'm bragging but I feel awfully proud today.
