The Real Estate Soiree is Back! We will have a fabulous social hour in Del Mar after a 20 minute presentation about online real estate marketing:

1- How will social networking affect the real estate business?

2- Learn how some agents are succeeding on Active Rain, Zillow, Trulia, and MySpace

3- Is blogging the new way to meet potential homebuyers?
