Beach, CA, was approved by the Veterans Administration for VA-guaranteed home
loans.
“This approval adds value to the properties in Santa Helena Park because it
expands the buyer pool and affords San Diego veterans the opportunity, to
purchase or refinance a Santa Helena Park property, with rates below 4.0%”

get a mortgage for 90% of the appraised valuation” added Brady
