Led by Sean Purcell and Brian Brady, the Prosperity Lending Division of World Wide Credit Corporation operates under a California Finance Lender license and is approved to originate (and fund) FHA, VA, conventional, and jumbo loans. Loan originators have the ability to broker loans to over 30 wholesale lenders or retain the control a direct-lender offers.
Our originators spend their time nurturing relationships with borrowers, REALTORs, financial planners and accountants rather than processing and underwriting loan files. We offer:
- a web-based loan origination portal which automatically ties in to a high-touch CRM
- customer contact management program, for five years after the loan has closed
- experienced processing, managed by a DE-certified underwriter
- sales training designed to optimize the interactive web
- educational opportunities through NAMB membership
